Qualified Retailer= A retailer that qualifies for this program is any retailer with a Business ID that isn’t currently in our distribution map. You can use ourStore Locatorto see where MAD TASTY is currently distributed.

Supplier= MAD TASTY

MOQ= Minimum Order Quantity

SRP= Suggested Retail Price

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

Retailer commits to place binding Orders with Supplier, upon purchase date, for a minimum order quantity of product as follows. All orders must meet the MOQ of three (3) 12 packs. The first order must be at least one 12 pack of each of the three flavors, Watermelon Kiwi, Grapefruit and Unicorn Tears. Subsequent orders must meet the MOQ of three 12 packs but may be any combination of the flavors.  Payment is due at the time of order.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon order. Retailers can pay via credit card online. If Retailer needs to be invoiced and pay via check, email support@madtasty.com to inquire.
