WHERE DO YOU SHIP AND HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We offer free standard shipping via USPS within the United States in the states highlighted in orange.
All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and orders are shipped out 6 days per week, excluding holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
I WANT TO ORDER MAD TASTY BUT I DON’T LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES HOW CAN I PURCHASE MAD TASTY?
At this time, you can purchase MAD TASTY products online in the United States ONLY. We aren't distributed internationally, but when we are, we will let our consumers know!
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped out via ground USPS within 2 business days of placing your order. Standard shipping orders typically arrive between 3-7 business days from the original ship date. You will receive a shipping notification via email to keep you updated on your order status.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Once we know, you’ll know! When your order is packed and ready to go, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with the tracking information.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DOESN’T ARRIVE?
Email us at support@madtasty.com. We will work with our carrier to resolve what happened to your package. In the meantime, we will ship you out a new 6-pack of tasty wellness.
